100% Sangiovese from the Italian Plains of Adelaide.

Hand picked, de-stemmed and fermented on skins with indigenous yeasts for 16 days till dry. Pressed into neutral oak for 10 months. Seasoned with minimal SO2 before bottling.  

Floral and perfumed, with candied cherry ripe, strawberry gum and mountain cellar. Juicy, bright and made for sunny weather.
