Sangiovese 40% | Nero d'Avola 40% | Merlot 20%

Hand picked, with 50% whole bunches and 50% de-stemmed, layered like a lasagna and fermented till dry. Pressed into a mixture of stainless steel and neutral oak for 10 months. Seasoned with minimal SO2 before bottling.

Juicy dark fruits, stewed berries and hints of chocolate. Balanced acidity with smooth savoury undertones.

Pair with cool nights, warms meals and Sicilian dreams.
