100% Vermentino from the Italian Plains of Adelaide. 

Hand picked, de-stemmed and fermented on skins with indigenous yeasts for 17 days till dry. Pressed into neutral oak for 10 months. Seasoned with minimal SO2 before bottling.

White peach and lime zest, with bright acidity and mineral drive. Textural, fresh and gently phenolic.
